Doesnt Work

Ive been fooling with this app for two days now. Deleted and reloaded even upgraded to PRO edition, doesnt work!
Instructions would be nice, help or contact button too. I found some instructions on Facebook, they didnt work either.now I have a bunch of crap saved and cant get any of them to delete.
